  (TLDR: They will be there on time, do the job, BUT if something is wrong, they will not take responsibility and will leave you out of pocket with a faulty product and will not reimburse you if they made a mistake. Out of pocket $450 + Auto-elec fees (~$100))
  
  Unfortunately my experience with brizsouth locksmith was a rollercoaster. We contacted the locksmiths to get a new key programmed for our car as we had lost our only key, they arrived quickly and did the job.
  
  BUT in the following weeks the car would not start occasionally, so we took it to a mechanic and he came to the conclusion it was the key.
  
  The locksmith arrived to check it out and could not fault the key and the car started every time. I was advised to have it checked by an auto-electrician by both the locksmith and the mechanic.
  
  The auto-electrician found a fault with the key. I contacted brizsouth locksmiths and they refused to believe it was the key but they came out to check it anyway (as a "Gesture of goodwill" they said). He could not fault the key but he did program our old key back in (We ended up finding it), While he was doing so he discredited the auto-electrician and mechanic saying "They all say it's the key" and "I don't know how they tested it", very much a see it to believe it attitude as well as refusing to reimburse us for the auto-electrician fee (as it was their product that caused the issue)
  
  He also repeatedly told me that the keys either work or they don't and that they can't just start sometimes and not other times so it must be our car. However, our the old key that was programmed in has not failed once before and after this incident.
  
  In the end, I have $450 dollars of regret for using brizsouth locksmiths to do this car.

  Rang this company to have car keys replaced and found them very condescending. Yes I am a woman, and no, I do not know a lot about cars, but surely common courtesy should be part of good business practice. Obviously I did not use them.

  They couldn't be bothered doing my key replacement for me, they just told me that there is something wrong with my car so they can't do it, went to mister mint and they did it no problems.
