- uppinitin Added January 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi all. ..it is very disappointing to deal with Mazda brownsplains as they are good when selling and very very bad when time comes to claim something on warranty. I am chasing the service manager from last one month and have not got my answer for whether my car can be fixed on warranty or not. They keep promising to call me back every time I call them. It is like Tom and Jerry show. Fun part is I have not received one single phone call from them. They pass the ball on others every time I call and find ways to avoid me.
I am writing this review coz I am tired of calling them. ...i wish this reaches the public so no other person should suffer or experience like what I am experiencing.
