  I needed a bed frame or ensemble base quite urgently, had already been to Harvey Norman’s and other furniture stores and no one was interested in serving me.. I called Jimboomba furniture spoke to Cody and he told me what they had in stock.. When I got to the shop the two lovely ladies helped me, Jess took me to the warehouse and helped load the ensemble base to my roof racks.. This is why I will always shop with small family business’s, they care more about helping a customer than they do making a sale.. Thanks again guys keep up the awesome work..

  Where to start ???
  
  From the moment you walk in the store the customer service was great. The girls were more than helpful in making decisions and placing an order.
  
  That’s where it stopped !!!
  
  Long story short
  
  Over the period of 3 and a half months no one from the store made contact to me regarding my items. I was the one making all the contact to be told someone would call me back and most of the time I had to call back again.
  My arrival of stock days kept getting push back
  ( I was understanding the first few times with Covid ) but then I was told payment wasn’t made ( clearly was and proof was shown) and at one point it was in stock but driver was sick so couldn’t get it delivered until a week later.
  Then after a week almost 2 it wasn’t in stock again.
  After asking a few times for a refund it appeared in stock and was delivered 2 weeks later.
  
  And then my items were delivered damaged.
  
  I Was told no refund and I had to lodge a warranty claim and then wait another 2 weeks for items to come back into stock.
  
  As I was clearly frustrated and over dealing with these people I ended up opting to cancel my order..
  
  Then I was told I would be hit with another $60 fee for them to come pick up the items.
  
  In the end I got the items to them and lost 15% plus delivery fee.
  
  I have also spoken to a few previous customers and they have all told me they have also had a terrible experience with this store.
  
  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
  One star in more then this store deserves.

  Can see Jimboomba Bedding and Furniture really try, and to be fair was through covid19. Well done keeping open and getting our lounge here. It looks great, was packaged very well and the delivery staff were friendly and went beyond. Recommend paying the extra for delivery.

  What a terrible company. Had a king sized wooden bed for four months before the bolts snapped clean off the joint. After waiting weeks to replace it, finally got done. Then, another part broke and we've waited almost a month with them saying that the supplier may not repair it, even though we have a 12 month warranty. The company is a joke.
