  I've had my hair done at Heights Hair for years - for everyday styles and for special occasions. The ladies there are very friendly. They have always understood my requests as a customer. I always walk out of the salon feeling satisfied with their work. Prices are very reasonable also.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The hairdresser was in training and not even qualified and my teenage sister was not told. She asked for bangs cut a certain style and offered to show reference photo, that was denied. Bangs cut uneven, too short and not what my sister and the hairdresser agreed upon. Bangs frame your face and because of the terrible cut, my sisters confidence is completely diminished.
  
  Speaking from experience as someone who has been getting their bangs cut for the past 2 years, I can tell how bangs should look and this is by far the worst cut I’ve seen; they are blunt and uneven? I mean who cuts like that? Do better.
  
  I’d give zero stars but I have to give at least one

  Bethany did my hair and was absolutely amazing! she was so lovely and made me feel so accepted and we talked the entire time, and meagan and sarah were also so lovely! my hair looks amazing and i feel like me again! thank you so much i will be coming here for forever!!
