Today I brought my car in after having scheduled the day a few weeks ago. It took me a lot to organize this day so I could do my car off. When I arrived, they told me that they didn't have the part and it most likely wouldn't be finished today. Honestly this is not good enough, if you don't have the part at least call me and let me know in advance. Also when I come in don't treat me like crap... Be apologetic ! Say sorry! If you want to use this place make sure you follow up with them to know where things are at. They are really bad with their administration. If they weren't the preferred repairer for Allianz around my area, I wouldn't use them! I just hope that when I actually get to bring my car in, they do a good job. - Brandon Madden Added August 08, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had 3 of my cars repaired here, and everyone of them have been exactly right.
